hi my gre score is 289 i wish to pursue MS in USA in plant sciences as i m doing agriculture hons. final year from PAU Ludhiana ,can i get there ,toefl and ielts score is still pending ,my percentage is 76.7%

TOEFL score of 103.

My aggregate for 6 semesters of engineering is 66.06%
I am currently in 7th semester ECE.
The specialization in Masters that I want to do is Image Processing.
Any suggestions for universities guys?
