i know it is stupid to ask but i had 2 year of drop due to maths 3 and maths 4 in engg. so what would be stated as number of backlogs?

Hello All,
I am also planning for MS(Computer Science) studies in Canada.
Kindly assist me:-
My Education Profile:
10th- 70%
12th-71%
BTech in Computers (2015)-59.7%(with 12 backlogs, due to medical reasons).
I am working professional now;but not into IT.
Pls assist me some institutes wherein I can apply. I have strong justification for my backlogs....
