Yes lokesh it is the bitter truth that you have to accept. Your GRE and TOEFL are outstanding but your academics are pretty low which is causing the issue. Apply for some moderate universities you will sure shot get admit and some funding as well. You might want to try

I did take your advice and applied to NYIT and Kent state university. and ave got acceptance from both the universities for MS in CS, (got a scholarship from NYIT aswell)
Please help me choose which university to go for?
