i Karthik had completed my Mtech in Power engineering, i would like to pursue my Doctorate /Ph.d through a reputed University in America or Germany. But i cant effort financially to relocate to America. So, is there any opportunities to pursue Ph.d in distance mode from India in this Internet World. kindly give your valuable suggestions to enrich my education career.
