Hello, I am Ram Kumar, I have completed my b-tech in ECE with a percentage of 61, I am a pass out of 2012 .

My GRE score is 288 and Ielts is 6.0. I have many backlogs. Could someone recommend some good universities for doing MS in "Management in information systems" these scores.
