Thread: Article: TOEFL Name Change Process

as I was filling my TOEFL profile it said that the middle name is optional, but now I read on the ticket confirmation that if my identification included a middle name, it should be written. My test is tommorow and I don't know what to do.

Hi I have entered for toefl before 2days.
In that my name in passport is written in caps and while registering I used small letters will it be a bug issue and my name in passport as RAMYAPREETHI and I entered as Ramya preethi. .....There is a gap between my name. ..will it be a big issue? Am I permitted to write exam? Plz answer as soon as possible

Hello! I am about to take the TOEFL test next month,but I accidentally wrote my middle name as my first name and my first name as my middle name,so in my TOEFL registration, it is written YXZ (middle name/first name/family name) but in my ID it is written (XYZ) will that cause me any trouble at the test center?! And also, how do I make sure of the score recipient?! I am worried that I might have entered it wrong!

Hi, were you people able to send the score to the univeristy? I am facing the same problem. Please suggest. I have entered my second half of First name in Middle name in TOEFL profile. Please help
