i am in 3-2, what if i have 2 to 3 backlogs in my transcripts ? will i be eligible to do ms?i haven't received my graduation certi. yet!

Do i have to provide bank statement while applying for universitis.

I have a doubt regarding transcripts.
During the admission process do i need to upload a softcopy or a hardcopy??
And once being placed into a university how many copies of original transcripts do we need to submit???

I have completed the online submission of applications as an international applicant. Do i need to mail the official transcripts only after being offered admission or immediately after the online application has been submitted well before the deadline.
