Why can't I see India on the list? How else can we convert our percentage to gpa?

INDIA option is available at the top saying that Grading Scale currently unavailable. Don't know what the mess it is.

i have 70.3% in Vishweshwarya Technological University and it showed my GPA as 4. :O..How authentic is this??
