And wanted to know one more thing Madhavi...
as i gave my GRE on 16th jan,scores are not yet posted online in order to report them to universities. i shall report the scores to universities as and when the GRE scores are posted online in ETS site.
see i am applying to the universities mentioned without reporting GRE score as it takes 10-12 days for scores to appear in ETS site. Also,my TOEFL is in feb.
so without those scores will they accept my application(both online and hard-copy courier) and put on hold till i report the scores??
i am pretty much worried about this ??
please respond seniors??

Hi,

Yes u can apply without your scores also. They keep it in pending status untill they receive all necessary documents. Once the status is completed they will review the application.

GRE - 298 (V-142 Q-156)

TOEFL - 88 (R-18 L-23 S-22 W-25)

B.Tech CSE - 78% (no backlogs) 2011 Passed out

Intermediate - 98 % (Gold medalist and winner of Prathibha award & Scholarship)

10th - 90%

I have been working in Mahindra satyam since 30 May 2011. Will have 2 year experience by the time I attend visa interview for fall 2013.
I am working in Data warehousing Technology and wanted to pursue masters in the field of Data bases.

I have applied to following univ for MS in computer science

1. Univ of Missouri - Kansas city (UMKC)
2. Northern Illinois Univ (NIU)
3. Univ of Texas Arlington (UTA)
4. Univ of North Carolina charlotee(UNCC)
5. Univ of central Missouri (UCM)

Can you please tell me what are chances of getting admission in the above univs. Also, can you please tell me if there are any chances of getting funding.

i hope all are safe for you except (Univ of central Missouri (UCM)) because i do not know about it.
Why do not you apply for ASU , IUB also. They are good universities.

Thanks Madhavi for your reply. As i wanted to pursue masters with low tuition fee, i had applied to only those univs. could you please let me know the funding chances in each univ if you are aware of.
