I have one journal paper, one international conference paper, 5 national conference papers, My grade is 78% . I recently took IELTS exam and achieved band 7.5 overall( L 8, R 7.5, W 7, S 6.5) and scheduled GRE on Feb 2015, I suppose that I could gain 310 to 320 in it by the time. I really appreciate that if anyone suggest me some universities which are safe ( and preferred to be high ranked ones) for fall 2015.

I want to apply for MS civil engineering position with fund (preferred in Construction management, Transportation, water or coastal engineering). I have one journal paper( Impact Factor = 0.845), one international conference and 5 national conference papers. Several TA experiences in Iran universities and colleges. My GPA is 78% and I have IELTS overall band 7.5 (L 8, R 7.5, W 7, S 6.5). I scheduled GRE on Feb 2015 and expected to gain about 310-320. I was wondering if anyone could suggest me some safe universities to apply for fall 2015

please, help me for fall 15....GRE-305. IELTS-6.5 CGPA-3.03 civil engg. .....need financial aid
