Guys whats the status on GRE and TOEFL?? every1 who is applying to Fall 2013 batch??

Hi I am also applying for Fall 13.
My GRE is on OCT 8th
IELTS on Sep 15th.

How did your toefl go?

I am currently preparing for GRE, will be taking GRE by November, I am targetting for GRE score ~300, and I am planning to apply at SJSU.
Can someone please tell me if I can start applying to the universities even before taking GRE, and send GRE scores later?

Yes, you can apply before taking GRE. But your scores must reach the university before the deadline.

Not TOEFL , IELTS.... it was good... Speaking , Writing and listening sections were fine. But, in Reading sections I got 9 TRUE/False/Not given questions. I am not sure about those questions. Waiting for the scores...Now preparing for GRE

I am applying for FALL-13. Till now i had my IELTS, Score yet to come and my GRE is on OCT 8th. I am getting around 308 in every tests(quant- 159 and verbal-149). Visu/Manhattan series i tried.
My acads :
B.Tech : 77% E.C.E in Andhra University affliated college.
10th : 85.6%
12th : 94.3%
Work Experience : Working as java programmer with 2 years 6 months experience.
I am really confused which major i have to choose. My interest is to opt for ComputerScience. For that in many universities I have to take prerequiste courses which will go for one more semester. Is that a good move to change my major. I have UTD,
Auburn university, Rochester Institute of technology , SUNY BUFFALO in my mind. Could you please suggest me some universities.
