Please evaluate my profile :

Gre : 317 /Toefl : 105 AWA : 3.5.

Colleges applied for Spring 2013 :

UFL - MIS
NYU - MIS
GWU - MIS

Profile :
I am currently working as Consultant with an IT major with previous experience of Sales and Marketing in Appliances Industry. My total experience is around 4 yrs with 3 years of experience post -PGDM.I have my bachelors in BE electronics.
Scores :
PGDM (Marketing) : - 3.26
BE Electronics : 75%
12th : 89%
10th : 89%
I am looking to build my career as IT consultant of global repute in the long run and hence want to pursue a more formal education in this area.
I have several queries in this regard :
1. Whether the colleges i have applied are good colleges for MIS.
2. Whether i have a chance to get in these colleges.
3. The options to apply in Spring 2013 were less.Should i wait and apply for colleges in fall 2013( considering many high ranking colleges offer MIS only in fall session).
4. Which colleges can i target with this score ( ambitious, moderate,safe)

BTech (comp sci) - 70% (UPTU affiliated clg)
GRE - V: 151| Q: 159| AWA - waiting
Toefl - yet to give but expecting 118-110
Work Exp: 4.5yr of exp and right now working for Siemens Corporate Technology India
I have been awarded couple of times (org level) but i am not sure if it helps.

I can get good recommendations from my immediate or high-level seniors.

I would like to know which universities in US I should target. I am more interested in doing MS in image processing as it is inline with my current work.

Please list few dream and few safe unis for me.

I have a low GRE score of 287 out of 300, AWA-3.5 and yet to take TOEFL. but I have got 2 trainings and 4 projects out of which one is international. Can you please suggest some universities in USA based on my profile. I am interested to do Master of Science in any of these: Pharmaceutical Engineeing,Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, etc any biological field.I am flexible about funding.(i.e. interested to study without scholarships) please please please reply ASAP!
