Please evaluate my profile, I completed my bachelors in 2009 and now planning for MS please guide me. My graduation percentage was 53% and also I had backlogs. Am I eligible for MS in US. Please guide me.

M.Sc - 8.38/10 CGPA ( 1 Year M.Sc Project + summer Internship

1 year experience in research work in CSIR Lab in India and it will be 2 year before joining in Fall 2018.

How much I am safe in University selection.

CGPA: 9.86, 2nd rank
Work exp: 1 year 4 months exp (till now) in a startup working in Python and Django
Papers published in IEEE conf: 2, one on Deep learning(AI-ML), another on Indoor Positioning System (IPS like GPS). Conference were: BVICAM, Delhi and WOCN, Hyderabad
Internship Ex: 2 months internship at STM on Linux kernel debugging
Projects: 1 minor project on ML, major project on IPS

I have finished my UG in 2012 with 70% aggregate. Worked for 3.9 years in reputed company in BI. My GRE score is 300 with awa 3. Currently I am staying in Washington state. I would like to do my masters in Data Science. Can you please let me know scope of getting MSBA in University Of Washington - Tacoma ?
