Hi,

My younger brother completed his MS from University of N.Iowa 10 years before with full scholarship and working for MNC in Chicago now. As far I remember it's nowhere a B- University, as far I know it should be among A- ? I got admit from Urbana-Chicago, University of nebraska-lincoln and deny from UNI ? so on what basis this school grading thing works.
