can tel me how can i evaluate my profile for phd .
i done mtech with cse subjects , i wanna do phd in usa , tell me process too.
inatke , qualifications and all.

My profile is,
I have completed B.E - ECE in Anna University, Chennai - 7.35 CGPA (3/4 GPA Scale)
History of arrear : 3 and cleared in next attempt

GRE - 293 Q- 154 V- 139 AWA - 3
TOEFL - yet to give - (90-100) expected

2 yrs of work experience in IT industry
1 - international IEEE PAPER published
One award from the company
Coordinated and Volunteered many events in the college and in the company

I need admission to the following Universities

San Jose state university or
California state university, East bay

Do I have any chances to get admit to these schools for MS – CS / software engg / computer engineering

Hi,

I have passed out from Mumbai University.
I have an aggregate of 65%.
I will have 4 years of work experience by July 2016.
I appeared for GRE and score 163 in Quants and 152 in Verbal, that's a total of 315.
I am interested in doing MS in Computer Science.
Which are the likely universities I should apply in?
