In another forum i have read a post regarding this univ...but that was 5 years old post.
As the fee is less i feel it is better to join this univ
i am pasting a part of the mail
"Based on your academic credentials, you have been awarded a one-time $1,000scholarship (may be divided into two payments of 500+500). If you are non-Texas resident, then this scholarship qualifies you for in-state tuition.
Basic Example:
Tuition + Fees = $5,266.31 based on 9 credit hours
With in-state waiver:
Tuition + Fees = $2,449.31 based on 9 credit hours"

TAMU is not bad. Like u said, its quite cheap, and well, cost is a big factor. U can go ahead with it as the remaining unis are pretty mucharound this level only.
so u need to pay only 2500 per year???awesome
Haha! May not be that cheap. Its 2500 per 9 credit hours....many unis have 12 or more credits....plus per semesterit'll change....you might wanna check with the EE department
I'm not very sure about that. Try to check for Indian students association in tamu and see
does it hav good placements, do u require to pay 2500$ out of the total fee, k how much is it ?
