Hey Harsha,
First of all remove that thing from your brain that if you get admit in some A rated universities, You will get a JOB. I can tell you two Scenarios relating to your dilemma.
One of my friend got an admit in IIT-Chicago without any scholarship to study MS in CS. University is a real pain in the A**. They give so much mental stress that you can't even imagine. He opted for loan to study in it thinking that he might get a job after studying in such great university but it turned out to be vice versa. Now he is working in banglore to pay back the loan.
Second is my classmate. He opted for Chicago State University and got 50% Scholarship to study MS in CS. After completing, he searched for a job there and believe me he got a job in as a Software Engineer in among the top companies and is now living there itself on H1.
I am saying all this thing just to tell you that universities doesn't make students, Students make universities. To get a job the only thing required is YOU and YOUR SKILLS. University will not take you anywhere. Hope you understand it and opt for the right decision.
All the Best!
