Hello!
I am currently in my Final year of B.E. ( From NSIT, New Delhi) (ECE).
I am facing a lot of indecision regarding when to apply.
Right now, I haven't given GRE or TOEFL. I have taken classes for GRE but it would still take me about 35-40 days of revising and giving mocks before I can give GRE. 2-3 weeks prep for TOEFL as well.
Which would take me into November, when I have me End Semester exams (around 12-22 November). Also, I have 2 projects going on which take up some time as well along with college, and so I might not be able to give 100% to GRE prep. Most of the universities have deadlines around 15-30 December. I am not sure whether I will be able to get my profile preparation completed including getting LORs and SOP by that time.
So my question is whether it is worth it to try this year or should I drop the idea for this year and shift my focus on next year?
I am not able to understand how to start shortlisting Universities either.
Any advice would be helpful!
Thank you

Contact me (Rajkamal Rao) by googling Rao Advisors and I will be glad to help. This is a typical question that I frequently answer at seminars and in one-on-one counseling sessions with students.
