And one more thing do we need to separately apply to different texas college or is it that there is one single account Apply Texas?

Apply Tex is used for any Texas public university, as well as to participating community and private colleges. International graduate students can also use Apply Tex. Some schools, however, will require you to directly apply, for example, UT Austin. The best way to find out is to visit the website of the school of your choice.
