1. Short term scholar at San Diego State University: Worked upon image and video processing comprising of compression of both by the latest applicable standards using MATLAB.
Explored High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC), also known as H.265, which is a video compression standard and one of several potential successors to the widely used AVC (H.264 or MPEG-4).

2.Summer Internship Program: Microcontroller based embedded system design workshop on MSP430, low power MCU’s.
Fabricated a prototype based on “Chiddiya Udd”, a colloquial Indian game.

3.Winter Training Program: Two month long training in signal processing on MATLAB and Simulink.
