see UIC is decent. But chicago is expensive. Ur I20 would've come to $41k....If u've got fundiong from Utah, then go there...for starters, Utah is a state tht has scope for doing well. Many forums seem to rank it as the next state to look fwd to.

1. University of Illinois, chicago (no funding)
2. Colorado State univ
3. Utah state Univ (lot of funding)
Plss help me with this selection i am in a real dilemma having no clue where to go ..

Its decent too...but the one advantage u get with UIC is tht its in chicago itself. Its the 3rd biggest city in US so ur jobs are pretty good too. And ur travelling can be reduced.
I too got admits from UIC and U Pittsburgh (Electrical Engineering)...i'll mostly take up UIC only cuz Pittsburgh was much costlier.
