I scored 325 in GRE(V: 157,Q:168) and 103 in TOEFL(R:23,L:28,S:24,W:28). I wish to pursue masters in Engineering Management for fall 2017. Following is my profile:

Btech Petroleum Engineering(Currently in final year)
Institution: IIT(ISM) Dhanbad
OGPA: 8.4 (out of 10)
Have decent co-curricular activities but no experience.
no papers published.

Please assist me about following:
Is Engineering Management a good option?(In terms of career opportunities)
which Universities I should apply for. I was thinking of applying to Duke, Cornell-are they possible options?
