Two years work ex at the time of joining, currently only 1 year at Newgen Software Technologies
6 months internship at Newgen Software Technologies
The Universities I have shortlisted for myself are :

3. University of Michigan Ann Arbor
4. UCLA
5. UC,San Diego
6. University of Wisconsin-madison
7. University Of Illinois, Urbana Champaign
8. University of pittsburgh
9. Georgia tech
10. UMass
11. TAMU
12. Purdue University
13. University of pennsylvania
14. UC.Irvine
15. UC santa barbara
16. North Carolina state university
17. University of Illinois, chicago
18. USC

However, I do have financial constraints and can only go for moderately expensive universities. Could anyone please tell me what my chances are for these universities. Also if I could shorten this list which ones should I keep?
Another question I have is regarding the fee structure. Most of these universities' websites list per credit tuition. and fees for sth like 9+ credit. Is this a per semester rate or an annual rate?
It is becoming difficult for me to read the university costs like this.

Also, for LORs how many from my Undergraduate school and from my employer should I attach with my application?
