ASU vs CU Boulder, Fall 2015 - Embedded Systems

    Hello all,

I got admit from both ASU and CU Boulder in MS in Embedded Systems.

I heard that CU Boulder has better coursework than ASU for Embedded Systems. And the job opportunities are also good. Total expense are higher than ASU. We can complete masters in 2 years only.Competition at CU Boulder is less for everything since less number of Indians.

While in ASU, the coursework is good and job opps are good. Total expenses are lower than CU Boulder. We can complete masters in 1.5 years.Competition at ASU is more for everything as there are more number of Indians.

I am unable to choose one in between these two universities for Embedded Systems since both of them has their own advantages and disadvantages.

So, can someone please help me in taking a proper decision.

    Thanks
    Sairam.

Both are reputed and good for opportunities. Join the one whichever offers you funding.

The west coast has many electronics and manufacturing companies which would increase your job prospects. Go for ASU. Period.
