Which session can I apply for (MS CS)?

Hi,
Please help me with the information about which session(s) can I apply for considering the top universities in the US for a MS in CS?

I am planning to take the GRE in March 2015.
Also, is it important for me to take the TOEFL given that my school and college education were through the english medium?

If you are seeking A/A+ universities in US for Masters, I must tell you that you are late. Otherwise few decent universities still have deadlines till Feb/March end. But since you haven't taken your GRE or TOEFL yet, I suggest you go for coming Spring session.
P.S. TOEFL is mandatory for 95% of the US universities irrespective of the medium of instruction of your previous education and also you have to score good in that for getting a decent TA/DA at the university.
