Question Profile evaluation - Fall 2015

    Hello everyone,
I'm vinodhini and i'm trying to apply for this Fall.
GRE : 307 (VERBAL - 151, QUANTS - 156) (Its less than average score i know, but I don't have time to retake as i desperately want to take this fall admission)
    TOEFL : Scheduled tomorrow
IELTS (Though took it an year ago) : 6.5 ( Writing - 6; Speaking, Listening, Reading - 6.5)

UG : B.Tech (Information Technology) 2013 passout. CGPA : 8.9/10 (17th rank in the Anna university, Tamilnadu)
    12th : 90.5%
    10th : 88.36%
Work experience : currently working in TCS as system engineer for 1 year.

I don't have stellar co-curricular activities. But i have minor activities like paper presentation, small project implementation in local colleges, intra-department magazine coordinator.

I'm very confused and i couldn't come to any conclusion because the university information provided by various links contradict. I wish I could get some solution here and hope you can guide me to correct path.

List of Universities that I have shortlisted :

    1)University of North Carolina Charlotte
    2) Illinois institute of technology
    3)Indiana Purdue university
    4)Wayne state university
    5)CSU Sacramento accepting applications
    6)Chicago state university
7)University of Texas Dallas, San Antonio
    8)University of Connecticut
    9)California State University, Long Beach
    10)Bradley Univ
    11)San Jose State University

I wonder if i have any a bit of chance in these universities:
    Lehigh university
    University of Delaware
    Boston Univ
I'm already in the verge of deadline for many of the universities mentioned above..
Kindly requesting for immediate your help

you have a good chance of getting admit in most of the universities mentioned above, except IIT chicago (Deadlines over) provided you apply to them ASAP (within feb).
Don't wait for your TOEFL scores, firstly register and submit your profile at the university's application portal and send your other related documents. TOEFL and GRE scores can be reported later on.

1)University of North Carolina Charlotte (Moderate)
    2) Illinois institute of technology (Safe)
3)Indiana Purdue university (Ambi) Limited CS seats
4)Wayne state university (Sure shot acceptance)
5)CSU Sacramento (safe- check with deadlines)
6)Chicago state university (cant say !!)
7)University of Texas Dallas, San Antonio (Safe)
8)University of Connecticut (Ambitious) - But do give it a go
    9)California State University, Long Beach
    10)Bradley Univ (safe)
    11)San Jose State University (Moderate)

If you want to apply for few ambitious choices then do go for Boston University & also check out Stony Brook, it has a very reputed CS programs in both Undergraduate & Graduate.
Lehigh and Delaware are highly ambitious and chances are just 10% or less (low acceptance). If you are applying more than 8 universities than you can go for them, but I would suggest not to.
Try applying to University of Southern California, it ranks #20 in CS. Thought it is an ambitious choice, you can take a chance because they have good acceptance rate.
