I have a tedious task of selecting 2 universities from the list I have. I wish to undertake CS with a specialization in Program Design/ Programming Languages.
Here's my list :-

• Rutgers- New Brunswick
• Univ of Colorado- Boulder
• Texas A&M University- College Station
• Purdue University - West Lafayette

Please help me out in getting 2 out of here.
