Profile Evaluation. Fall 2013

Hi Guys,

I am applying for MS in US, fall 2013.

My profile:

Gre 2 attempts.
1st Q:750 V:350 = 1100
2nd Q:720 V:630 = 1350
AWA in both attempts : 3.5

I studied in College of engineering, Guindy and my CGPA is 8.9.
I have 2 years work experience in an R&D.

I am planning to apply for following univs.

1. NCSU
2. GaTech
3. UFL
4. CMU
5. VTech
6. Sunny Stony Brook
7. UTA

Please let me know if those univs are feasible. My quant score is of bit worry to me. Also please suggest some sure shot universities for me.
