i had 15 backlogs in my btech study but i completely cleared it and now i have an aggregate score of 9.1 cgpa(85%),
i also have done some research papers published in international journals(1 paper),and one in national journal(2 papers) published ,
i also score an average of 332/340 on my GRE mock tests ,my questions are 1) WHETHER I NEED TO TAKE GRE TEST ?
2)WILL I BE ABLE TO GET INTO SOME TOP UNIVERSITY IN US?
3)IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET ANY SCHOLARSHIP BASED ON MY PROFILE?

If your backlogs are being listed in your transcripts then it will affect your chances, otherwise it just doesn't matter.
