    MS IN CS
    GRE - 305
    TOEFL - 103
    ACADS - 59% (VTU)

    Work Exp -
    1. 7 years at an MNC

    LORs-
    1. project Lead (has a Phd and executive MBA from IIMB)
    2. Project Manager
    3. Onsite US Manager

    Good SOP

    My UG academics are not very good. Following is my profile
    SSLC (10th Standard) – First Class-73%
    PUC II (12th standard) – First Class-68%

    B.E(Semester wise records) 59%
    1st sem - First Class with Distinction
    2nd sem – First Class with Distinction
    3rd sem – Second Class with 3 backlogs
    4th sem – Second Class with 1 back log
    5th sem – Second Class with 3 back logs
    6th sem – Second Class
    7th sem – First Class
    8th sem – First Class
    Reason for my UG bad score was a accident during my second year engineering and had hurt my back and could not do much in my engineering. But did try to recover back from my bad score.

    Thanks Dev, But can you suggest some universities under top 50/100 which can evaluate my profile not just based on my academics. I really don't have a bad academics but i was a little mis fortunate to have it.

    Waseem....I am not saying that your academic percentage is bad, and Sorry to say that but your over all profile doesn't look like others who got admit in top 50. If you ask me, for average scores like yours and mine it is almost impossible to go into top 50 colleges in US. Still you can try to be in top 100 which isn't too easy. As i always say, Add things like paper published, Sports certificate,research proposal, high GRE scores, and other achievements to compensate low academics.

    And don't worry too much about college's rank.Find a good college which has course you want to pursue, good location and job prospects after completion of course.
