need advice regarding admission in MS+PhD ( CS )

Hi,

kindly tell me list of universities which are giving admission in MS+PhD currently. And please mention the admission deadlines for fall 2012. I have done B Tech in CS with 62% marks. And i got 80% in 10th and 12th standards each. Please help me out in this. Looking forward for some good advice

My GRE score is:
verbal=136
quant=150

I also want to ask that if it is necessary to give TOEFL in the same year of admission or can i take admission next year on the basis of this year TOEFL? Please guide me....please list some universities in which i could get admission...

My recommendations :

California State University - Long Beach
Florida International University

Yes, you have to write down TOEFL before applying as most of the universities require it for admission. You will get a conditional Entry if you wish to write TOEFL later which is not good in terms of Embassy.
