CGPA is good, GRE and other achievements aren't quite in sync with your CGPA.

@dev: what would be a safe college, in your opinion.(i thought northeastern was pretty safe). is it because of my cgpa ?(i have close to 8 months of internship btw,2 in first one,6 in the other), i have done a project in college, but im trying to avoid mentioning that.

@anupam northeastern is kinda selective and expensive too, still you can try. As well as, check about these univs since their acceptance rate it good:

    Iowa State univ-safe
    Kansas State Univ-safe

    In major cities:

Illinois Institute of Technology – Chicago-safe
univ of Illinois Chicago- good chances
    SUNY Binghmton-safe
    SUNY Buffalo-mod
    UT Dallas-safe

Depends on how big your pocket is. For some people Univs like these are not expensive. But on the other hand for people like me , yes they are expensive.
For MS course, ASU asks for approx 47k $ on financial affidavit and boulder even more i guess.
