Thread: Review my scores and suggest me a univ

Gre = 300 Quants/Voc = 156/144
TOEFL = 95 R-22 L-28 S-24 W-26
Hav 5.9 n a backlog Till 5th sem I havent written 6th sem yet as i was absent. (SRM univ)
I dint prepare for gre at all. All I did was go thro' pattern the day b4 de exam. Considering I scored 300 without preparation should I write my exam again.?
I am doing ECE final yr. I have done a lot of mini projs, published a paper in IEEE. Hav a really good programming background as well.(web dev, server side scripting, win app dev,embedded prog, game creation)
I also do digital art n animation but its been a long time.
I am very much interested in doin VLSI n embedded system for my MS. Please suggest me some good universities.
I wanna apply fr Univ of North Carolina charlotte, univ of Iowa, Missipi state univ starkvile , Arizona state univ , texas state univ. Do i have a chance with my current profile with these. I wanna get into any of the gud colls for learning as I am passionate abt it rather than fr a gud job.

Hav a history of arrears of 4 till 5th sem.
I have got absent in grade sheet for 6th sem and there wer 10 papers. Will those paper be considered as arrears ?
Should I apply with my 5th sem marks or should apply after getting 6th sem marks as it will oly b available in late dec. I wud score more than 7gpa in 6th sem. Taking my cgpa to 6.5 max.
