Please give me a detailed information regarding GRE Examination i.e., When is it better to give exam?

Basically, It depends for which admission window you want to apply. Colleges accept applications for Fall and Spring seasons. Deadline dates will be about 6-8 months before the program start date. Example, if the program start date is Aug-2015, the deadlines will be in Dec '14 or Jan '15. It is recommended to have your GRE and TOEFL scores a month or two ahead of the deadline dates, so that you arrange rest of the documents in-time. Visit the college websites and know the programs and deadlines.
