Evaluate for MS (CS) Fall 2015

Please evaluate my profile for MS (CS) Program

    GRE - 311, Q:158, V:153
    TOEFL - 106
    B.Tech - 64.7%
    Major - CS
    12th - 72.2% (ISC)
    10th - 78.8% (ICSE)
Work Experience: I Co-founded my own IT Security Services Firm in 2011 catering clients in US and Canada. (3+ years)

I have shortlisted these universities as of now, please suggest me some more Universities with affordable MS programs (Tuition < 40K)
Also suggest if I should drop any of the following Universities and why?

    Arizona State University
    University at Buffalo - SUNY
University of Maryland - Baltimore County
    Florida International University, Miami
    University of Illinois - Chicago

Also If I have any chances of getting any sort of Scholarship/Tuition waiver in any of these or suggested Universities, please mark them if any.

    Thanks in advance ;-)

    Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your prompt response, what exactly do you mean by Admit?
