Need suggestions to apply for universities Fall 2015 for Computer Science

Will be having one year of work experience by Fall 2015
Have completed 2 applications under Microsoft App development program and those two are published as well.
Academic Project in Computer Graphics- Mole Hunt(A game just like the traditional Mole Hunt)
Final Year Project in JAVA and DBMS- Boolean Retrieval System
Internship in BSNL on use of OFL using OpenGL and C
Work Experience of one year

Can you please guide me through?

4. SUNY Buffalo-Ambi (This is as per Buffalo's CSE department: The average score of our recently admitted applicants is about 316/340 (or 1300/1600) and 4.0/6.0.)
