Thread: Queries regarding Transcripts

Hello,

I have not received my Sem II marksheet due to its Reserved status for not clearing lower examination. Although I'm done with it now, my marksheet somehow got misplaced. Don't know if its a mistake on the college's end or the university. So I let the bygones be bygones and have applied for a duplicate marksheet. I'll get it within 15 days. I'll be giving my GRE on October 9th.

I am doing my Bachelors from a college affiliated to Mumbai University. I was keen to know whether universities in US accept transcripts generated and attested by college or make it mandatory to get the transcripts attested directly from the university?

As I have earlier mentioned about my misplaced result, will I not be late for Fall 2015 admissions adding 15 days for the duplicate marksheet and another 20 days for attesting all the results from the university (if its mandatory)?

I too have same problem.. but in my transcripts my surname misspelled with just a letter Amaravadhi sindhu but the correct spelling is Amaravadi sindhu.. does it create any problem for my visa or i2o processing and im planing for fall 2015...
