Please evaluate my profile for MS in CS for 2015 fall and also please help me shortlisting the universities as ambitious, safe , moderate universities ?

GRE: 318 (151 verbal, 167 quants , 3.0 AWA)
TOEFL : Expecting 100+
B.E in Information Science from BNMIT, Bangalore (2012 pass out)
Having total 10 months of experience as of now as a Software developer in HCL Technologies ltd.
BE: 72.92%
10th : 82.6% (CBSE)
12th : 66.6%(CBSE)
1 academic project
1 paper presentation(In College , not sure if it counts)

EXTRA CURRICULAR:
Secured 1ST position in Bulls & Bears (Virtual Stock Market trading) in Tatva’09 college fest.
Represented College in Inter College Cricket Tournaments.
Runners-up of Inter Class Basketball Tournament.

Please spare me for the long list but i am confused and certainly need lot of help.

I have another doubt
How many colleges should i apply category wise considering the fact of Ambi , Mod and Safe universities in mind and the max limit as 5 colleges?
