I would like to know ambitious,moderate and safe universities. My budget is in the neighborhood of Rs. 20 Lakhs and my major is Computer Science.I am planning to retake GRE again in the month of November to score more than 310.What are the possibilities of receiving scholarships from these Universities? Does writing a REALLY GOOD SOP help in getting admit from universities?

if ur budget is low then dont apply private univ, apply to state schools which suit ur gre and ur pocket:
