    LOw toefl(77) but need univ

    Hiiii friends......
    My profile is GRE 1080(780/300)/2.5 TOEFL 77 Academics 61% 4 BL

    Please suggest some safe universities.......





    And I don't wanna write toefl again....Its my second attempt score...
