I want to do my MS in Mechanical Engineering majoring in Dynamics and Control. I plan not to apply for any of those Univs I have already applied for.

I am from Bangladesh and the VOs here are especially prone to give visas to those applicants who got fundings. That is the main reason I didn't apply for visa for this fall even after getting admissions. So, funding/assistance is a big issue in my case.

Please do help my short list some Univs with good standings plus very good chances of getting fundings, assistantships, etc.
