I think first four universities that you have listed do not offer Spring Sem entry for MS in CS:

1. University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
2. Georgia Institute of Technology
3. University of Texas at Austin
4. University of California, San Diego

Could you cross check and share your findings?
