I am confused whether to apply for MS or Ph.D in USA.

Hi sonalika,

You have got good scores, but they are not competetive for a PhD application. You can apply for MS. If you are passionate about research work, then you should go for PhD. As you might be knowing it needs 3-5 yrs and lots of dedication, hardwork to complete PhD. So just because you have finished M Pharmacy dont go for PhD. Take time and think if you really want to do research.

If at all you want to go for PhD, then I would suggest get some experience with a very good project in industry. Also get some good international publications. As you have done your M pharm in Analysis, research expereience in Bioanalysis would fetch you good prospective.

If you want to go for MS, its better to apply to universities which have ongoing research and curriculum related to your M Pharmacy project and publications.

Just forget about your backlogs and start working on your profile.
