    Please evaluate my profile for MS in MIS for Spring 2015.

    GRE: 314 (Q:162 V:152)
    TOEFL: 107 (R:29 L:25 S:27 W:26)
    B.Tech: 79.44% - Electronics & Communication, Chitkara Institute of Engineering and Technology (PTU)
    12th: 87.2%
    10th: 88.8%

    Work-ex: Close to 4 years
    Role: Java Developer (Energy Domain)

    Shortlisted universities:
    1. UoA, Eller
    2. University of Illinois, Chicago
    3. NYU
    4. SUNY Buffalo
    5. TAMU, College station
    6. University of Washington
    7. CMU

    Please suggest some more universities which could be included in the above list.

    Hey!

    Almost none of the universities listed here have spring intakes. You might want to reach out to the programs and review your list

    UIC does have a spring intake though and I must say you'l have a very good chance

    Here's the updated list of shortlisted universities having spring intake:
    1. UIC - July 15
    2. UTexas - Sept 1
    3. NEU - Sep 15
    4. USF - Sep 15
    5. GSU - Sep 15
    6. UFL - Oct 1
    7. PSU - Nov 18

    Pls lemme know if there is something that can be dropped and also suggest some univ that can be possibly included in the aforementioned list.

    Hi iSumant. Can you please tell me the rankings of these universities. I think only UIC has decent ranking, and rest all are 50+ ?

    You can try UTD (University of texas - Dallas), but this is also nowhere top 20

    Even i am finding it very difficuilt to find out the best universities for SPRING INTAKE. Almost all of the TOP20 univs dont have MIS for Spring

    Please suggest me also some good universities for MIS spring 2015 intake. my profile is
    GRE Score 315 (Quant 162 and Verbal 153)
    TOEFL 105
    4 years work ex in Indian IT company... Senior Core Java Developer
    SCJP 6 Certification 86 (Sun certified Java Developer)
    SCWCD 5 Certification 82 (Sun Certified Web component Developer)
    Microsoft SQL certification.

    Graduation BE ( Electronics and telecommunication) 63.23% Pune University (No backlogs)

    12th 81.6%
    10th 86%

    NO paper publication although I have published some papers in my company.
    Enough certifications done from company. Will they matter ?? Just curious.

    Please suggest some colleges.
