    Applying for fall 2015

I want to apply for masters in mech engg.
I have taken gre and got 315 (155 in verbal,160 quant,4 AWA) and also toefl (103).My undergraduate aggregate is 75.9%
I have short-listed a few universities as follows
    Arizona State University
    Ohio State University
State University of New York-Stony Brook
    Pennsylvania State University
    University of Cincinnati
University of North Carolina at Charlotte
    University of Utah
    North Carolina State University
    Iowa State University
    Rutgers-State University of New Jersey
    University of Southern California-Viterbi
    Yale University

I know I have put in a few ambitious and 'more than ambitious' universities.I want to know what are my chances of getting in these unis, and also since I am applying for 2015 fall I want to know when to start applying.

Hi Ratunim, I am also targeting 2015 fall intake for MS in Mechanical and my GRE is scheduled on 1st October. My target score is 320. Its good that you have shortlisted relevant universities in US but since you have ample time currently for research I would personally suggest you to give a thought to Germany also. The reason I am suggesting you Germany is because it holds an edge over US in many aspects like It is a heaven for Mechanical, not so stringent after-study VISA restrictions, its DAMN CHEAP.

That's what my personal opinion is as I'm also targeting Germany. Apart from it Canada is also a viable option.

Please tell me what do you think about it and also share your views. It would not only help us but many other like minded aspirants. Gd luck
