    SUNY Buffalo vs UTD for MS-EE

    Hi,

    I have been admitted for MS-EE from both UTD and SUNY B.
    AFAIK Buffalo is more reputed University and has lower fee.
    But, Dallas has location advantage.
    I'm pretty confused.
    Can u give your opinion on the above universities.

    For EE, if i were u i wud choose UTD.
    because, UTD has
    -location adv( u've mentioned)
    -good reputation for EE
    - cutting edge research in fields like VLSI, telecom....

    Suny buffalo is a very reputed uni for CS (AFAIK, correct me if im wrong). As one of friend at buffalo told me that research on some fields of EE are almost dead, i wud recommand u UTD.
