Good SOP for a literature course.. Unfortunately it's too long. Universities receive thousands of applications, just for CS. The admission commission doesn't even bother to read entire SOPs.

Most universities clearly mention that SOP should be 500-750 words in length, single spaced. It should NOT be over 2 pages.

Don't tell your life story and chronology of your academics, Haven't you already mentioned that in your resume?
