CAN I WRITE GRE?(CANADIAN BY BIRTH) urgent help needed

    hello friends!!!

I am a CANADIAN citizen by birth, but i ve been reciding in INDIA since i was 3 years old(have done my schooling in india from L.K.G to engineering). I am looking forward to do my MS IN CANADA as soon as i complete my engineering(entering 6th sem now). So i have a few uncleared doubts

    1) can i write my gre and toefl here in india and then join the universities in canada after my engineering like all indian students who go to abroad OR

2)should i give my gre and toefl entrance tests after going to canada(i.e after completeting my 8th sem)??

    3) Since i am a canadian by birth what ll be the fee structure for me for doing MS IN CANADIAN UNIVERSITIES??( will it be the same as that for indian students or will be equal to that of canadian students which is almost half that of the international students fee?)

I would really appreciate your help regarding this.

    thank you!!

You can write GRE, TOEFL in India. Score are valid across the world.
Since you are a citizan of canada you will be paying Domestic fee (Less fee)
In US tuition is sperated as Instate vs Out of State, where are in canada it is Domestic vs International tuition fee.
If US, if you go for other state you will be paying as equivalent to International students. But in canda throughout the country tuition is charged as Domestic.
