Work experience : 3+ years in power sector
GRE : 303 (148V + 155Q + 3.0 AWA)
IELTS: Expecting at least 6.5
I want to change my field, please suggest if I can pursue MIS or should I go for MS in mechanical engineering with biomechanical as major?
Please suggest good colleges/universities for any of the courses.
Also should I try for USA or Canada?

What is the minimum GRE score required for getting into a decent university?
You Have got good Percentage as well as scores are also good.
You can change your Major.
Try for USA, its my opinion.
For safe side one or two colleges in MECH major.
For rough estimation go to Studentnext.com and search colleges based on ur scores.
