can you give me some information about applying visa to usa.

Actually I am doing my masters in Italy, but I didn't like Italy, because, I am decided to leave from here.
It is possible to apply visa to USA from Italy, can you give me suggestions about this plzzzzzz

the first step is i20 ..if you can apply and arrange a i20 then second thing will be finance ...as you have to show CA evaluation AND CE report in india ..try yo know how it works in italy.. GRE GMAT OR IELTS is KEY for you i20
